Waste Certified, LLC (“Waste Certified,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through wastecertified.com and wastesavings.com (together, the “Site”) and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide. When you request a free audit (on either site, including the savings calculator on wastesavings.com), contact us, book an appointment, apply to our partner program, or engage our services, you may provide: your name, business name, business address, email address, phone number, information about your waste service and spending, copies of waste invoices or contracts, and any other details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, through server logs and cookies or similar technologies (see Section 5).
If you provide your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry only as permitted by law and, for text messages, only with your express consent. On our forms you may separately opt in to (a) transactional messages such as appointment reminders and account updates, and/or (b) marketing and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Waste Certified, LLC.
We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties, except as necessary to send you messages through our SMS service provider. Your SMS consent and phone number are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used.
