Stop overpaying
for trash.

Your hauler's invoice is full of fees you never agreed to — and it grows about 18% a year if nobody pushes back. We audit it, strip the junk, negotiate the rate down, and stamp it certified.

The problem

Your invoice has junk in it.

Waste is the bill nobody reads. Haulers know it — so the line items multiply and the base rate quietly climbs. None of it is negotiated. All of it is negotiable.

What doing nothing costs.

What we do

One partner between you
and every hauler.

Waste bill audit

Line-by-line teardown of your invoices and contract. We find the junk fees, the overcharges, and the equipment you're paying for but don't need.

Rate negotiation

We negotiate directly with your current hauler using real market benchmarks — most clients keep their hauler and their schedule, at a certified rate.

Competitive rebids

When your hauler won't move, we take your service to market and let vetted competitors fight for it — including contract buyout options.

Invoice monitoring

Our watchdog service. Every bill is audited before it ever reaches you — so if the waste company tries to slip in anything extra, we catch it and kill it before you ever see it.

Right-sized equipment

Dumpsters, compactors, roll-offs, recycling streams — sized and scheduled to what you actually generate, through our national equipment network.

Multi-location management

One point of contact, one consolidated report, every location on the same certified standard — whether you run 2 sites or 200.

Everything we do, in detail
How it works

Three steps. Zero disruption.

01

Send one invoice

That's the whole ask. One recent waste bill and 10 minutes on the phone. We benchmark your rates, fees, and contract terms against what the market actually pays.

Free · takes days, not weeks
02

We fight, you save

We bring you an itemized savings report: fees killed, rates cut, and — only if it wins — a better hauler with the buyout handled. You see every line of what we recovered.

Same bins · same pickup days
03

Stay certified

We monitor every invoice going forward, dispute anything that creeps back, and re-shop your contract before every renewal. Our fee comes out of the savings — never your pocket.

Protected, month after month
Why business owners trust us

Built to be on your side.

Independent

We don't own trucks and we don't sell disposal. We only earn a fee when we save you money — it's carved out of the overpayment we eliminate, so you're never spending, only saving. Our incentives point one direction: your bill, down.

Transparent

Every proposal is itemized. Every fee we remove is named. Every invoice we monitor is reported. You'll never wonder what you're paying for again — that's the whole point.

Accountable

"Certified" is a promise: a documented standard your account is audited against — and a guarantee that if we don't find savings, you don't pay a cent.

They found four separate fees on our invoice we'd been paying for years. Same hauler, same pickups — the bill just dropped.

I gave them one invoice and a signature. Everything else happened without me — which is exactly what I wanted.

The monitoring is the part nobody else offers. Fees tried to creep back in month five. They caught it. We never saw it.

Common questions

Asked constantly.

Do I have to switch trash companies?
Usually not. Most engagements end with you keeping your current hauler, containers, and pickup schedule — at a renegotiated rate with the junk fees stripped out. We only recommend a switch when a vetted competitor's offer is strong enough to clearly win.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. If we find savings and you approve the changes, our fee is a share of the savings we created — it comes out of money you're currently overpaying, not out of your budget. If we find nothing, you pay nothing and you've lost ten minutes.
How much can a business actually save?
It depends on your market, contract, and service profile — which is why we audit before we promise anything. The drivers are consistent though: junk fees on the invoice, rates far above market benchmarks, oversized or over-scheduled equipment, and automatic annual escalators nobody contested.
I'm mid-contract. Can you still help?
Yes — mid-contract is often the best time. We can renegotiate in place, position you ahead of the auto-renewal window (where most contracts quietly re-lock), and in switch scenarios contract buyouts are frequently on the table.
